Refunds
This is a translation for your convenience. The Czech version is the binding one.
Within 14 days of a payment we will refund you, no questions asked.
When
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, without giving a reason. This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to every renewal, monthly or yearly.
How to ask
- On paddle.net: find your order by the email address the receipt was sent to, and request a refund there.
- Or write to support@papeer.online from the email of your Papeer account; we will pass the request on to Paddle.
Who refunds the money
The subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the seller (see the Terms). Paddle refunds the money to your original payment method.
What happens to your account
With a refund, the subscription ends. After that the same applies as after any subscription ends: you can still read and export your notes, and writing comes back with a subscription. The account is deleted no sooner than 90 days without payment, and you always get an email 7 days before.
